Holidays can be a great time or cause hardship on families. It all depends on how you see the holidays and what you believe in. Some people do not believe in Christmas or choose not to celebrate it, none the less it still resembles a time of family for most. No matter what you celebrate for the holidays, I think it is important to be careful and sensitive. 

The holidays are a perfect time to spread love and "good cheer". Focus on spreading good things, doing small things and encouraging closeness. The people that view Christmas as bittersweet deserve love and togetherness even more. Just a reminder to share the holiday spirit with everyone, and enjoy the diversity of everyone!
